At Illumind Software LLP ("we", "our", "us"), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use VoiceMate (the "App"), a mobile application that provides voice cloning and text-to-speech (TTS) functionality powered by AI.

At present, VoiceMate does not require users to register or create accounts, and we do not actively collect or store personal data such as names or email addresses.
However, to provide core functionality (e.g., voice cloning and speech synthesis), the App may request permission to access:
a) Microphone Access
We request access to your device's microphone to allow users to record custom voice samples for cloning purposes. These audio files are processed temporarily and not stored by us unless this feature is added in future updates (in which case this policy will be revised).
b) File Upload Access
We may request permission to access your device's storage for uploading existing audio files to use with voice generation features. These files are sent temporarily to third-party APIs for processing and are not stored or retained by us.
We do not store any personally identifiable information (PII), metadata, or persistent identifiers at this time.
